The best solution is to search a small area between Katakami Hall, Crystal Pool, and Mossui Town. In addition, you should know that Mienfoo is found not only in green glades but also in caves. So, to get your first Mienfoo as quickly as possible, you should visit the cave northwest of Katakami Hall.
